Whining

leave a comment »

People spend too much time whining.  Whining accomplishing nothing.

The ironic thing about people who complain a lot is that to do so, they must believe there’s something better out there – and so, in one sense, there’s an optimist lurking inside them.

But the optimist is weak and worthless.

Instead of doing something to improve their lives, whiners spend all their time whining and crying.  It also irritates everybody else while leading to whining from others.

Are a whiner?

Someone who acts like a spoiled brat instead of taking responsibility for your own life.

YOU could have a much better life.

Just take personal responsibility, have a plan and then take action.

Need help with a plan and/or it implementation?

Admit Your Mistakes

leave a comment »

Refusing to admit your mistakes is a road block to solving your problems.

There is no reason not to admit your mistakes.  Most people  feel that to admit a mistake is a sign of weakness, loss of authority or status,  or it makes them less of a person.  This is only false pride and ego talking.

Admitting your mistakes makes you a better person.  You make better decisions and the people important to you will think better of you.

Better choices will improve your life.

WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO START? TOMORROW? NEXT WEEK?

If you asked what the most common reason for failure is, a good answer would be “procrastination”.

Most of you know this. Yet, you often fail to recognize how often you make this mistake. Because you are busy with the everyday pressures of making a living and having a family, you feel it is only sensible to delay new projects until you have time “to do them well.”

Procrastination is expressed in many ways and has many reasons, but it all means one thing: “I don’t want to start now.”

THE REAL QUESTION IS, WHY?

If you are putting off doing something important, it’s almost certainly because of fear. It helps to identify what exactly you are afraid of. Ask yourself, is it a fear of …

failing?
working hard?
facing your ignorance?

Or could it be a fear of succeeding? Some people procrastinate because they are actually content with their lives as they are and don’t really want them to change. They say they want to accomplish this or that because it seems like the right thing to do, but, in their heart of hearts, they actually don’t want anything to change (as it would if they succeeded).

The cause of failure is YOU.

What Stops The World From Solving Its Problems?

leave a comment »

Of all of the roadblocks to problem solving, the biggest one that seems to stop people is that they are not willing to pay the price. The price for solving problems is composed of time, effort, or money. And from what I’ve seen, many people are looking for easy. They may see the alternative but it involves some temporary unpleasantness —like hard work—so they do nothing and their lives never change.

The other major cause of failure in problem solving is pride and ego.  People have too high opinion of themselves; they over rate their own abilities.

To make it plain:  people refuse to do what is necessary to solve their problems.  They need to take personal responsibility for their lives.  It is no one’s fault, but their own.

For those of you who want to improve their lives, but need some help; follow our blogs.
